I probably could, if our body's weren't already attuned to the lack of sleep. It's kind of like getting your body and mind on a set schedule, so it knows what to expect. The human body is quite remarkable. You're "SUPPOSED" to get 8 hours of sleep so your body can focus all its resources on restoring itself. Well...in the 3 or 4 hours of sleep I probably get, my body still restores itself, it just has to work twice as hard while I'm sleep to get the job done in that short amount of tme.
