Most likely not. Most cards from the first set of naruto are no worthless just because they do not have mental, but would be good/ok if they had it. I think because it was not in the first set, it will not be in this game.

They are not going to do it, because:

1) My reason from post earlier

2) If only a couple character would have it, then it would not make a deck type, thus being a pointless addon.

3) Bandai has changed alot from Naruto, which are good changes. As much as I love my mental deck in Naruto, I would not want it in DB. Japanese Shippuden card game does not even have mental.

Yeah even though Piccolo's mental power would be off the charts, it seems to me that the more likely thing will be warrior effects that "flavor-wise" originate from the mind.

Agreed, I think the characters in DB that use there mind and are smart, but never really fought, will just have an effect that reflects that, and probably have a good support stat.

That and her crystal ball can make her see whats happening around the world or something. That's why you can see your top 3 cards. Since she can see if Goku is fighting Cell, for example.

Its just a characteristic(like Male, Human, etc). In Naruto, its like Mental Power: 2. So that Ninja would have 2 mental power. There are cards that make it a "mental battle" basically you use the mental number, instead of there normal stats.

db please stay away from mental power, I always thought a battle using metal power is stupid lol.
